Wrinkle reduction

Wrinkle reduction treatments improve appearance of moderate lines on the face by relaxing muscles that cause wrinkles. These injections also treat medical conditions, including migraines, clenching, TMJ, hyperhidrosis, overactive bladder and eye problems. To maintain results, treatments should be repeated every three to six months.

As with all treatments, there are potential side effects. You may experience temporary tenderness, swelling or bruising at the treatment site. These effects vary between individuals and usually resolve on their own. Your practitioner will provide aftercare instructions and help manage any discomfort or swelling.

How does it work?

Anti-wrinkle blocks nerve signals to muscles. As a result, injected muscles can’t contract (tense up). These effects are always temporary, but can last for several months. The muscle injected depends on the primary area of concern. Several areas can be treated in one session.

Where can I have anti-wrinkle?

Anti-wrinkle has been used for decades in the medical industry. It can be used for both medical and cosmetic purposes.

Areas we can treat:

Frown

Forehead

Crows Feet

Lip lines

Nose

Chin

Downturned lip

Jawline

Neck

Excessive sweating

Shoulder/neck for pain

How much is it?

Due to TGA restrictions we are unable to offer pricing online. The cost of treatments varies depending on individual needs, the areas treated and the treatment selected. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to medical treatments. We provide clear, upfront pricing before any procedure. Changes are generally calculated by treatment area and follow up costs may apply.

At Sculpted Aesthetics consultations are offered at no additional cost. During the appointment your practitioner will assess your health, discuss your treatment goals, offer a variety of treatment options, along with advice on whether you are a suitable candidate for treatment.

How long will my treatment take?

Your cosmetic injector will discuss your treatment goals and perform a facial analysis to determine the appropriate treatment areas for you. If you are deemed to be an appropriate candidate for treatment, the injection may take place on that same day. If you are concerned about discomfort, your specialist may apply a topical numbing cream before administering your treatment. But more often than not it is not required

Treatment requires minimal downtime. So you can return to your general daily routine immediately after you leave your specialist’s office.

How quickly will I see results? How long does it last?

You may begin to notice the effects within the first 48hours with the anti-wrinkle at full effect 14-30 days. Results clinically last 3-4 months. Remember that results vary from person to person.
